India is set to host the 13th edition of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup from October 5 to November 19, 2023.

Ten teams will play a total of 48 matches for a chance to win cricket’s biggest prize.

The first stage of the tournament will be a round-robin format where all teams will play each other once, resulting in 45 matches.

The top four teams will make it to the semifinals, which will be held on November 15 and 16.

The final will be held on November 19 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

The first Cricket World Cup took place in England in 1975 and was won by the West Indies.

Australia have been the most successful team at the World Cup, clinching five of the 12 championships.

India and the West Indies have two titles each, while Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and England have each won the World Cup once.
