What are the causes of maternal death in Bolivia?

According to the World Health Organization, only direct or obstetrical causes are responsible for maternal deaths.

In 2011, the latest year with reliable data, 344 women in Bolivia died from these causes.

However, that same year, 194 other women died while pregnant, during childbirth or postpartum. WHO it does not include them in its statistics. The cause of death was considered accidental, incidental or indirect.
